Good Eats

I've been toying with eggs...

Part of my "healthy" eating begins with two eggs for breakfast.

Fried eggs (with olive oil) are a favorite,

but I've tried to branch out and this was one option.

Gently scrambled with spinach and tomato.

It was pretty good.

(Love my china...only the best!)

No...

it's not rabbit food.

Just a simple salad with tomato and celery;

and I've discovered a yummy salad dressing!

(Top with a hard boiled egg or chicken.)

Ummmmm hmmmmmm...

Keeping on track.

On Wednesday (last week), I posted two pics

and mentioned something about~

Get Healthy.

Handsome Man and myself are participating in a 24 Day Challenge.

Challenge for me is an understatement.

I am not a fan of:  veggies, fruit (with the exception of pears),

cooking dinner, exercising...basically anything healthy.

I am a fan of:  desserts, chocolate, cheeseburgers, cheese pizza...

(I do like pizza with an EVO base rather than the red sauce.)

((That doesn't count for much!))

So...

And because of the above I am's~I need to make a life style change.

And because Handsome Man agrees ~ he's taking the challenge with me as a team effort.

(I reallllllly, reallllllllllly love this guy!)

Those muffins from last Wednesday were a fiber muffin with chopped apples and pears.  And believe it or not~Yum.

Off to a good start and wishing you a healthy week!

What a wonderful tribute!

You didn't even have to know this certain someone...

to drive by and see that they were a truly a respected American.

Here are a few things, I'd like you to know.

He was a Christian, Family Man, Veteran, Cowboy,

Auctioneer, Community Promoter,

and an all around good guy.

I love that I live in a community where it's okay to love your God, Family, and Country; and... not be afraid to show it.

This is the way to start a New Year!

Happy New Year, 2013!

It was just a dusting...

they predicted a 6 to 8 inches for Christmas Day...

Not.

I'm not sure...

but I'm pretty sure that they didn't predict this.

But no matter how little...

Even a dusting makes me happy!
